Priority Access is the Stars of Texas Event’s answer to a VIP experience.
Before the event, you get a fun-filled package shipped to you filled with our golden tickets and other fun swag, exclusive to our Priority Access guests.
At the event, we invite you to an elevated experience – not only do you get a priority registration line (yep, that’s right, you get to speed right through those long check-in lines), but you will also have a Priority Access tent, inside the venue where you will pick up your lanterns, order s’mores kits and fire pits, and browse our exclusive merch! All that PLUS 15% off select items that you purchase!

Note: Lanterns are NOT included in the shipped kit. You will collect your lanterns at the Priority tent inside the venue, after you check-in at registration.
If you purchase Priority Access, you will receive a package that contains your golden tickets (to receive your lanterns), a printed waiver, and some rad goodies. These shipments will be sent prior to your event, and we’ll follow up with specific shipment dates for the 2024 season as soon as we have them!
Priority Access is a ticket add-on and you'll need to add the option for EACH ticket when you checkout. When checking out, just select "YES" from the drop down and it will automatically add to all tickets in your cart.
We are currently working on the capability to purchase Priority Access kits separately, as an add-on after your ticket purchase. Stay tuned for more information! If you want to add Priority Access and have already purchased your tickets, don’t worry. Priority Access kits can be purchased when you arrive at the event. Just head to the Priority Access registration tent upon arrival.
Priority Access will not be available within 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event. At this time, it will not be available to purchase on our website, but you CAN purchase Priority Access kits upon arrival at the event.
Lost or misplaced Priority Access kits cannot be replaced, so make sure you keep them safe and bring the required items with you to the event.
Yes, but only if Ticket Protection was added to your order. If you would like to keep the Priority Access kits and goodies inside, but receive a refund just for your tickets, just let us know what you would like to do when filling out the Customer Support form.
